Congratulations on your engagement!

If you choose Ben Allen Photography to photograph your wedding, please be certain that the time and date have been confirmed. When you book your wedding with us we turn away all inquiries for the time reserved for you.

A nonrefundable payment of one third of the package price will reserve our services until 30 days before your wedding date. At that time a nonrefundable payment equal to one half of the remaining balance of your package must be paid. Final payment is due at the time prints are ordered, within 30 days after the wedding. Couples moving out of town after the wedding should make arrangements for the final payment in advance and pickup of their final album and any additional merchandise. Sorry, but we cannot ship wedding merchandise.

  • Overtime and holiday policy:

  • $50.00 per hour in addition to package (this does not include lighting and backdrop equipment)
  • Please add $100 to package if your wedding falls on a Sunday, and $200 if your wedding falls on a holiday.

Wedding Coverage

The day of your wedding we want to maximize the time you spend with your guests, and minimize the time you spend smiling for the camera. At your consultation we will script out with you family members required for different portraits, and give you a script list so you can alert family members which portrait they’re going to be included in. It will limit the time spent doing alter recalls, as well as provide additional time for creative and fun portraits of you and your spouse. We’ll also discuss:
  • Autograph Presentations
  • Albums
  • Requested Portraits
  • Candid Portraits
  • Guests at the Reception

Ordering

While you are free to order your images directly off the website, be aware that the prices you see do not include retouching or any other image correction from Ben Allen Photography. Many feel this is perfect for small orders or orders made by relatives out of state.

For best results call us to place your order over the phone. If you have specific cropping or correction instructions we do offer email proofs on prints 8x10 and larger. We will email a corrected sample for approval before printing.

All prints come with a standard lacquer finish to help prolong a prints life. Prints 11x14 and larger come with frames and the choice of upgrading the print to canvas. Choose heavy or light weave!
